UK Delivery
We offer a standard UK next working day delivery service (Mon-Fri) costing £4.50, providing the order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm, on a Friday or at a weekend will be despatched the next working day – the following Monday to be with you on the Tuesday.

Standard overseas delivery is 2-4 working days.
We send all of our parcels via Interlink Express who offer a tracking service to locate your parcel once it has been despatched from Voi. You have three free attempted deliveries with Interlink to your chosen delivery address. Interlink will attempt to deliver your order between 07.00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday, and also offer a Saturday delivery service at a higher rate which can be arranged if requested.
If you would like to find out an estimated time of arrival, we can advise between what hour of the day your parcel will arrive. Please call us on 01772 841988.
If your delivery is unsuccessful (i.e. no one is in at the premises) Interlink will leave a calling card, giving you a contact number to arrange collection from your nearest depot or an option to arrange a re-delivery.
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address to your billing address, please place your order, then contact us either by telephone (01772 841988) email (sales@voijeans.co.uk) or through the 'Contact Us' tab on our website, advising the new address which will be amended before your order is despatched. Please be aware that once your order has left us here at Voi, we cannot change your requested delivery address, so please make it a priority to contact us once your order has been successfully completed if you wish to amend the original given details.
